Mr. Kelly brings a wealth of experience with an accomplished space & defense career having held several leadership positions in international partnerships, Program Management, Development, Engineering, Production, Assembly, Integration and Test, and Space Launch Operations.

He was recently the Missiles Director of Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) Defense Systems in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, Mr. Kelly developed strategy, technical roadmaps and the establishment of Joint Ventures and Partnerships with leading international Defense companies to industrialize and localize military defense system products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Prior to this, Mr. Kelly was at Lockheed Martin Space for 29 years where he held several senior leadership positions and demonstrated exceptional acumen leading complex space and missile development and operational programs.

Mr. Kelly was an active-duty U.S. Air Force service member for 8 years in Strategic Deterrent Missiles and Space Launch Operations.
